Buck & Sandy Lafond
306-466-4445Sandy has taken soft tanned deer and moose hides and transformed them into decorative and useful everyday items. Picture frames, albums, clocks, dream catchers, jewelry, and much more take on a unique look as the hides are combined with a variety of beads, feathers and other natural material. Original art is also included in some of the items. If you prefer something softer, check out the hand quilted pillows.
Buck’s scroll saw skill is used to transform a variety of wood into animals and scenes from nature. Buffalo, wolf, bear and elephant are a few of the subjects most popular. He also makes a variety of native inspired designs in the shape of feathers. Buck’s creations come in a variety of sizes to suit anyone’s décor or you could have one custom made.
