12. Harder’s Traditional Crafts

Lydia, Della, Rae-Ann Harder

After more than 30 years of demonstrating and teaching weaving, Lydia decided to take her talents in a new direction. Joined by her daughter-in-law, Della, and granddaughter, Rae-Ann, Harder Traditional Crafts now represents three generations of weavers and needle workers. The fabrics are woven from mostly natural fibers (wool and cotton) in patterns that have withstood the test of time. A variety of items from the loom as well as hand quilted and embroidered products will also be available. Demonstrations of this century old art technique of weaving will be held both days.
